Laying Low Lizard…
Morning yoga taught me something. There’s a theme here. Practicing yoga every day will present you with new lessons each and every session.
Today I learned that I am closer to doing Lizard Pose perfectly. The first time I tried it almost a month ago, I couldn’t even get my elbows down. My back leg was not straight.
I also learned that my husband can’t take a photo of me doing yoga to save his life. To his credit our house doesn’t lend itself to many photo ops — country cottage and all that.
But, I’m closer.
